Mgt. has yet to announce its promised, 2nd relief. Still under consideration for the last over 7 weeks. Hope, once they are out of the extended, Eid celebrations, it would quickly resolve this issue in a judicious manner.
Community’s stance merits to remain unchanged. We should continue to withhold the payment of MECs (and the Maintenance Bill). We have always been loyal to BEI, and shall remain so, while dutifully paying all services’ charges. Let’s taste the fruit of resistance this time around. No payment unless these charges are revoked. All other premier housing societies in RWP/Islamabad charge much less in services maintenance than those being billed to us in BEI. We do not seek conflict or confrontation. We are asking them to treat us fairly, and equitably.
