BE Community shall celebrate the 76th anniversary of the Independence Day of Pakistan with traditional fervour, and enthusiasm.
SOBER supports, and assists in these celebrations.
Our principal partners e.g, the BE Management, Sehri’s eVants, and Women Club, and the Civil Society Organisation are holding the following
functions:
- AZADI MELA -2023: It is a multi-event celebration that Sehri’s eVant is doing, in collaboration with its partners on cost-sharing basis at Al-Ibrahimi restaurant, Sector-A on 13-14 August. It features fascinating attractions, including flag-hoisting, national songs competition, shopping stalls, food court, Taekwondo, arms wrestling, etc. Stay tuned for more details, being issued by Sehri’s eVants;
- The Civil Society Organisation, under the supervision of Ms. Zainab Siyal is holding a solemn function that includes speech contest, drawing competition, and quiz, and sports activities for young children. Community elders, Mr. Sabah Mufti, and Mr. Javed Iqbal Raja are overseeing administrative arrangements, and logistics for the function;
- Tree-Plantation/Free distribution of saplings, under the supervision of Mrs. Salma Kamal, Mrs. Robina Raza, and Mrs. Naziha Baqai (Venue, and time of this event shall be shared shortly);
- Football Match between two teams of the youth of BE at G-Sector Sports ground. Its details are being separately announced by Mr. Muhammad Anwer Usmani, GS, SOBER.
